At Light House, we want to ensure your space shines perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned lighting fixtures and home decor must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
